Your first step is to finish the Main Story which consists of 24 Main Quests. It’s basically having done everything once and there’s no grind necessary for anything. You will spend around 10 hours on the story, 10-15 hours on non-story quests, 1-2 hours on miscellaneous cleanup and challenges. Only the first Tier of every Challenge is needed, only 10 Lockboxes (there are a lot more), and you technically only need 40 of 48 non-story quests for trophies.
